Day 3 & 4…

We were thinking about blowing this picture up for our front room…
but it looks like we don't love Daphne… well she was just being a stinker as always at the perfect moment…
With our ticket package we got those cool lanyards we all ditched for today,
a cool photo, that we got of the whole family,
and a "Magic Morning" which in the words of my brother and his wife
wasn't magic at all.
You see it rained… and when it rains in California after 3 months of a drought than things get shoo ken up, so only Fantasyland and tomorrow land were open and that didn't include very many rides, since everyone and there dog were there for Magic Morning…
We took off for Fantasyland to hit up the longest ride wait which is "Peter Pan"
we also hit up "Snow White" which we were the only ones in line so in the hour that we got in early we got two rides in. One we stood in line for and one we didn't.
As we were finishing up in Fantasyland i noticed that Rocky Mtn Railroad was working…
so we hurried over to check it out, and on the way we caught Woody…
that is how you do it you catch the characters in transition, not by standing in line for them.
We got over to the entrance and the ride is closed but they were testing it… LAME!
My favorite two rides are this one, and Space Mtn… and Splash Mtn comes in 2nd… it was closed too.

So since the food in the park is expensive we headed out of the park to have lunch at McD's which is just across the street.
The girls found a flower patch… oops.
Ezra didn't get the royal treatment for naps this week… he napped when it was convenient..
while we waited in line, or on a ride, or just waiting…
most of the time he would fall asleep in line and than wake up when he had to be adjusted to sit on Dave's lap on a ride, he was a great kid this week and never once fussed about anything in the park…My brother and his wife took turns with us a couple of times so me and Dave could ride on the adult rides… they hung out while we went on Indiana Jones…
Than while they were on Indiana Jones we took the kids to Winnie the Pooh…
 And met the characters…
Than we went with the cousins over to ride the Teapots…

NaDell rode with three and I rode with two…
It was pretty fun… I started to get sick and just decided to spin it faster it was a blast…
After we headed back over to California Adventure…
that is after we picked up my phone. You see I lost it the first day and it took 24 hours to get it back….

In California Adventure we got fast passes for California Screamin and I convinced Dave to go..
he does not do well with motion…he was living off Dramamine and Ginger the whole week with the plan ride and all… this was a blast and Dave loved it!
than we headed over to Car's Land and me and Dave took turns going on the Radiator Springs ride which would actually be one of my favorite rides. It was the hardest ride to get a ticket for and a long wait… but we found out you can do single rider and it goes faster. While Dave went I took the kids on the tractor ride and I told them Sami was 7 so she could ride by her self since all 4 of us couldn't fit on one and she had a blast… she loved it.
While I was on the ride Dave did this with the kids…
After I got done we went back to Disneyland and got some ice cream… wow best Ice cream I have ever had… and found a sidewalk to sit on while we waited for the parade to start…

It was a blast… the parade wasn't the best but it was all for the kids.

When we got back to the hotel we all got in bed, sad this would be our last night… and we would go home the next day. the first 3 nights I went out and sat in the hot tub… the 1st night with the girls, 2nd night and 3rd night with my mom and sisters… it was great. the 4th night everyone was exhausted and tired. We never swam in the pool but took our time in the park. We look forward to going back hopefully in 3-4 years when Ezra is big enough to go on all the rides and doing this all again. It was kind of chaotic with my whole family there and trying to team up with them, but my dad thought it would be perfect to go so that each family could do there own thing. My sister's kids are the oldest and so they did all the big rides, and than my other sisters well one was pregnant so she rested at the hotel with her 2 year old a lot more than the rest of us, and my parents too… I got frustrated wanting to spend more time with my parents and siblings but than I pretended we were there alone and it was funner… the next time we go we will take my parents with us to pay them back for taking us. They paid for the park tickets, and hotel and we paid for the flight and food… even trade I guess.
Well I had fun, and honestly still have my park bag that I still have not cleaned out yet… I bought myself a mickey mouse cookie cutter as a souvenir and the girls got the headbands and Dumbos, and Ezra got a set of planes and Lightning McQueen…. it was great. Dave didn't get anything, he didn't ask, he didn't want… and his Birthday was the 2nd day we were there… he is a no nonsense guy we had already celebrated his birthday and so he was ok… everyone said happy birthday to him though.

The next morning we just kind of hung out since we didn't get picked up until 1:30. We packed up, watched shows, and than walked over to Target and wandered around.
By the time we got to the airport and went through security (pain in my butt) our plane was delayed an hour because of the rain. We finally got boarded than when we finally got to Oakland we were running to catch our next flight which waited for us for an hour since there were 13 people on it that they waited for not just us. It was great… all three kids were asleep by the time we landed. My friend picked us up, we froze our butts off and that made leaving California that much harder…
man it was so nice and warm.
Thankfully it's warming up here but me and Dave had been talking like crazy about moving to California so that we can get away from the cold and snow of Spokane. Yuck. yeah it will never happen.. we will probably stay in Spokane…

It was a fun trip, minus the non-magical morning... So glad we were all able to do that together!
