The Big 33 for Sara!

Well... here I am 33 in all my glory... about to gain 5 pounds from one piece of chocolate chocolate cake!
Dave loved this picture and can't stop laughing at his timing... gee thanks baby!
Ezra loved the cake as well and had it every where!

Well it was  good day... nothing special, I babysat a friends kid in the morning, and than had some tuna for lunch. Than we went to Costco. We had some samples and stocked up on our essentials... Seriously... if you are not a Costco fan with kids it's so worth it for the crackers and waffles. We pay just under $7 for 60 waffles... you pay $5 for 24 at the regular store... so it's awesome... and crackers price is great... I used to buy so many crackers, since my kids are constantly eating those... and we got 3 lbs of bananas for $1.39... some things it's great others... not so much... toliet paper yes. Kirkland brand all the way. It paid off for us today because they had the cake. I had eyed it before and when Dave asked me what I wanted for dessert he was shocked at not wanting cheesecake but wanting this cake. I ate one piece... and I was full... it is huge... 3 layers and sauce in between the layers and chocolate chunks on the outside. Well... we had pizza from Papa Johns, and just made a fun night.
Since my birthday falls at the worst time... it always has. When I was growing up no one ever remembered my birthday because it was the starting of a new school year, and now it's hard because well last year I didn't get a present... because it's our long break between school money... and so we were broke... I eventually got a gift but it wasn't until after the school money kicked in... yeah sad I know. So this year when we got our tax return it was Dave's birthday and he wanted a PSP and I wanted a cricut and so we did that and decided it would be our gift for the rest of the year except for Christmas... and hey... I am ok with that. We joked that I wouldn't have gotten a gift if I would have waited...

My sister gave me some new earrings and pretty nail polish, and my sister n law and brother gave me some earrings and some bath bubbles stuff that smells really good. A friend gave me some cupcakes which I had one before breakfast this morning... it's been a good day... birthdays just stink when you are an adult nothings a secret really... and you just get older. My dad and my little sister called me and that was nice and made my day and my big sister texted me. My little sister had her little girl sing me Happy Birthday, and my dad told me that I wasn't old yet... he's 61. He said he felt old when he was my age but that I shouldn't. I am just glad I am not older than my husband... he turns 35 in February... while we are in Disneyland. My backs been bothering me lately and so I think that I am feeling like a old lady lately... can't sleep in because my back hurts too bad.

Well thanks to all of you who wished me a Happy Birthday and if I have ever forgotten  your day I am sorry but thanks for remembering me!
