We didn't have much time to spend in Kennewick this trip. Dave worked Wednesday night til 8 and had to be back at work Saturday morning and so we left early Thursday morning and got into town at 11am. It was in the heat of the preparation and so I got to work helping out as much as I could. At 1:30 or so we sat down and ate dinner. It was our family, my parents, my littler sister and her husband and daughter, my older sister Suzie and her kids and her husband stopped over on his break from work, and my grandma and Paul and my Aunt Nancy and cousin Sami. We had a great time. My mom roasted a turkey and than my dad also roasted one up on his traegar (how ever you spell that) it wasn't half bad just a bit salty, but good. After dinner we took off and went and saw Daves's mom, sister Rachel and brother Brent and his family. We were there for a bit and had some treats while the kids played with puzzles, than we came back for dessert to my parents house. The kids continued to play until everyone else left.
Here are the Ransom cousins and my girls playing ring around the rosie...
Ezra up from a nap... chilling out showing off his cuteness!
A good attempt at a family photo... I think we may have to try this again later...
My big boy loving the camera...
And the two cousins born in 2012. Reagan born in March and Ezra in May... I love how you can totally tell the difference in there ages.. Reagan's sitting up trying to grab the camera and Ezra's just chill. It will be fun to see these two grow up together. Me and Torrie are 6 years a part and when i started having kids she was about to get married... so I didn't think we would ever have kids the same age... but I guess Heavenly Father had other plans... it's exciting... I have kids that are the same age as all my siblings! Well pretty much anyways.
It was a good time... I didn't take any pictures myself just too overwhelmed with the fun of the day I guess. The next day we went and bought Dave shoes and braved Target, oh Target how I miss thee, and than we went to lunch with my parents and sister before we hit the road. It was a great trip and I was sad to go, but such is life... we will be there again at Christmas this time for 4 days not just 2.
Hope Everyone had a happy Thanksgiving!
