Dave signed up for another semester of weight training... here he is showing off his muscles... looking at this dude you may think he is heavy... sorry folks it's all muscle (except maybe his stomach) and it's HOTT!!!
Oh I've been doing some hard core working out and Dave took a picture of my buff arm (bout the only thing that is looking good) but I had to delete it since it was while I was nursing Ezra... oopps!
