October already?

So last night when I would get up it was freezing, I wrapped Ezra up good and knew that the a/c unit needed to be removed from it's window location because the draft that came through was cold... soon the heater is going to have to come on at night... so yesterday we wore shorts one last time and today the jeans came on for the season (especially since it was 10 degrees cooler today than yesterday). I decided to take advantage of the cold air and pulled out Ezra's Halloween shirt I bought about a month ago, I was just glad it fit... It says
"Ahoy Matees" on the bum it says something about "booty treasure" this was right after he ate... he is so hilarious... after he eats it all hey lets play, before he eats it's like mom... whack whack whack... that's him smacking his arm against my chest... his way of telling me how impatient he is... such a fun boy!
Ok, so last week Dave started school and he had talked to a girl at work about how she was getting the Barnes and Noble "Nook" and was downloading books onto it for text book uses, so we looked into it. A "Nook" is, well they vary our Nook the Simple Touch with Glow Light was $139 sadly now on sale for $119, and Dave's book originally was $180, to rent through B& N $80, so we decided to buy the Nook so A) Dave could rent text books, and B)I could read read and read, with the added bonus that at night when I read Dave doesn't have to be bothered by the lamp being on... so we ordered it and it got here Yesterday! It was a highlight to my day especially since I had been throwing up the previous night and was so tired, and weak and still a bit queasy, but resting on the couch for the time being. Oh did I mention how much I love "track it here" i knew exactly when my package would get here and where it was every day once we ordered it, I was obsessed, Dave was laughing at me.
As you can see it's pretty easy on the eyes... it's black and white only and looks like the page of a book, it has a glow light which is nice because it can work at night and outside during the day, and of course it's easy on the eyes not like reading a computer screen, as you can see the first (and only so far) book I bought was the triple combination which was $2.99
And since it was going to be basically mine with Dave "using it" just to read his text books I got to choose the cover... I picked out several different in case Dave didn't approve and this was my first choice... A Kate Spade cover... which was only $14.95 on sale from $54... so yep I scored... I love it! I have always wanted something Kate Spade but it's never been affordable!
So ok, we get it in the mail and attempt to add Dave's rented text book on, from B & N's "Nook Study" apparently the "Nook Study" doesn't refer to adding it to the "Nook" where it never says anything about that on there and so there ya go... B & N very misleading and we kinda got screwed... so last night I asked Dave should we return it than, and he said well if your ok with that being your one and only Christmas Present you can keep it... so i debated back and forth and know that I will use it a lot since I read about 2-3 books a week, and am keeping it.. I deserve to be spoiled every once and awhile... I never get extravagance... so yep... cool Nook, crappy B & N service...
Ok, so me and Dave both have phones with cameras and so we are continuously taking pictures... Dave uploaded these pictures yesterday and so here's some random stuff...

first the top picture is of my Grandma Ransom and Aunt LeeAnn... I don't have very many pictures of my grandma and my cousin who's mom is my Aunt LeeAnn often uploads them on to Facebook and so I steal them... I think Grandma is beautiful and I have gotten so many traits from her... i wish I would have known this wonderful woman, she passed when I was 4 from cancer.
Here we are on our adventure day waiting by the side of the road for our ride back to Cheney after the van had to be towed... I hate pictures of myself... the only thing it does is make me stay away from sweets and kick up my exercise routine... besides this picture is horrible since I look like I have no pants on since one of the girls giant coloring books is on my lap... but I can tell right away what my husband was looking at... to why he didn't mention anything else in the picture... what a guy!
Daphne eating her cupcake at her party!
 Dishing out!
 Ezra being super cute!
Waiting for our dinner at Azteca!
ok, so now that I have discovered I can upload videos on here... believe me you will get annoyed of my video's...
Hope this one works... Ezra laughing... such a silly boy!
