We've had quite the fun summer so far, most of our days consist of keeping the girls from being bumps on a log and keeping them busy, and out of the house, it's harder than I thought it would be since Ezra has to eat every 2 hours, but we just work with it, and I am getting pretty comfortable with nursing in public, so far I have nursed at 2 different McDonald's and a couple parks... with my nursing cover of course, but still i feel like I am on display, but life can't stop just because Ezra is hungry this is what I have figured out with baby number 3!
One of my favorite things about my days is Ezra's many faces, he loves to just stare at who ever is holding him, and since I am usually the one who is holding him, he pulls the best faces for me. Last night during scripture study he was falling asleep and chuckled... it was so quick Dave didn't hear, but it was awesome... and of course he is a momma's boy which is to be expected with I have BOD (boob on Demand) but when I am not in the room, and he can't hear me he gets upset... thank good ness for his trusty bouncer or nothing would get done!
This last Tuesday my sister in law NaDell came to visit with her kids and her mom and we ate McDonald's than went to the park... she has a fancy camera so she took some pictures of my kids and me... I won't show you those... but here are some cute ones... I took some too but you can tell which ones I took... the ones she took are at the bottom of my post... I didn't feel like copying and pasting...
Sami has been a real handful lately... i have noticed my girls have there moments at different times, and right now Sami is being a huge pain in my butt! She refuses most nights to sleep in her own bed... we have explained to her time and time again that that is where she will sleep for the next 2 years while we live in this house, but she doesn't grasp that concept, and well it makes bed time a pain. We have given in and let her sleep on her favorite couch a couple nights but those days after are some of the worst Sami moody days... so I am putting my foot down... in her bed she will sleep... especially when they get up at 5:30 am...
Daphne found a notebook of mine one night and would scribble on a page rip it out and throw it on the ground, this kept her busy for like an hour and the next day she threw the papers away... she loves to draw and have paper like this... it just cracks me up she is an expert lounger!
