MY NEW VAN!!!

So on Friday night I got on Craigs list randomly and found a 2002 Kia Sedona... we decided last year when we attempted car find we wanted a Kia van but when we had a chance to look at it today it was, you guessed it sold, and so we just out of curiosity went to one of the places I found on line that had vans in our price range, "Leskovar Lincoln Mercury..." and so just as luck would have it they had this beauty of a van. A 2000 Nissan Quest at 174,000 miles in amazing condition. The Kelly Blue book on it was 4.9 and we paid 3.9 and so it was a steal of a deal. It was a trade in!
As you can tell I am very happy. It has an amazing interior and includes a 6 disc changer under neath the drivers seat (with remote) that the previous owner installed and a console in-between the two front seats with a VHS player and screen... kinda funny but it sure dates the van I guess. Does anyone have any VHS tapes that they want to get rid of so we can try out our machine? The power turns on... we got rid of those tapes ages ago... oh well I guess I will buy some from Value Village... ha ha ha ha! There is a dent in the back hatch door but it is not scraped and it doesn't mess with the frame in closing or opening. It runs great and I am so so excited! We came home and put our very cranky children down for naps (don't ever take children car shopping... EVER) and than I asked Dave if he wanted to be corny and take pictures of me with our new van. So there ya go. Happy Valentine's Day to us... (no seriously) We were very happy to be so blessed to find something that we could afford with out having to have monthly payments and fit our family a bit more comfortably and give me something to drive around and something to make our trips to Cheney and back more enjoyable this year. We are going on our first trip there in March so it was perfect. I am so excited it's crazy... it has been 4 1/2 years since we have had 2 cars and it's been a long time coming. So now if one of our cars breaks down we aren't completely screwed and I can run errands during a decent hour of the day while Dave is at work than school from sun up to sun down! Wish us luck! Now to budget in the extra car insurance and gas...
