New Year's Eve

Hope everyone had a good New Year's.... we never go out to eat and so I decided I would use my money's and take David to Azteca ... it wasn't of course just for him, that's my favorite place to eat. We have tried taking Sami with us but that doesn't work and so we left her with Dave's mom and decided to catch an early dinner we got there at 4:30 and were done around 5 so yeah pretty quick, it was perfect. 

I got Chicken Taquittos, my fav. I filled up on chips and dip of course figuring I would take mine home anyways, and the day after when I was eating my left overs Dave decided that from now on we will just get what I got and share it. It is just an appetizer but I love it!  Dave got fajitas if I remember right.... we enjoyed our meals as you can tell. Our waiter was great, and we never had to wait for anything... our food was there before our basket of chips was gone. 

After dinner we picked up Sami and went over to our friends, Rachel and Chris Adams. We taught them how to play Hand n Foot and I got my butt beat. They have a son Kyler who is a month older than Sami so they had fun together. They had chips and this great sausage quesso that she made with cream cheese instead of velveta... so much creamer. After we got done we watched the truck jump, and motorcycle jump in Las Vegas... I can't believe that guy only cut his hand... I didn't want to watch... it was pretty cool. 

Since we run on Sami's schedule and didn't not want to spend New Year's with her, we left around 9 and got home and got her in bed by 9:30. We were both pretty tired but we stayed up until around 11 and were in bed by 11:30 I had a hard time sleeping because of the fireworks going off, but it was fun. David woke up at 12 and was like happy New Year and than we went back to bed. Yeah we are lame, but what can you do, maybe next year we will have people over here... who knows where we will be. 

New Year's Day was pretty good we just hung out since Dave had the day off, it was weird I kept thinking it was Saturday it was weird.
