Family & Friends
This Season is upon us and of course so come the cheesy newsletter's inside the christmas card accompanied by a family photo... sorry I am just going with the flow.
We are still a family of three and as of right now no news to share to change that fact. We are living in Kennewick, Washington and are living in a friends mobile home for the next year, it was a good deal 3 bedrooms for the price of our 2 bedroom, we couldn't pass it up. We are down the street from the temple which is of course a bonus and just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the free-way, so everything is about 15 min away.
David: is still working hard at school going to Columbia Basin College, he thinks he has got about a year maybe a year and a half before he is done and than the plan is illustration degree. As of right now our goal is Eastern University up near Spokane, Washington in a city called Cheyenne... I have been told it's up there somewhere, have never been there, but I guess there's a first for everything. We are of course not for sure, but we do want to stay in Washington, it makes the most sense right now. He wants to become a comic book artist, and he has great potential and so I know he could do it. He is still currently employed at Western Tool Supply and we are enjoying the flexibility he is given when it comes to his school schedule.
Sara: or I shall just say 'I' am an at home mom about 80 % of the time and the other 20 % I put towards, teaching my three piano students Rilee, Heath and Troy, and making Designs aka crafts for Ransom.Made Design feel free to check it out... we are on line ransom-made.com if you are curious about what else it consists of. It is of course owned by my mother Shirley Ransom. In my free time I enjoy reading. I of course love to decorate and with living in a new place, I am enjoying my new surroundings, we are renting so nothing permanent but getting into my funk.
Samantha: aka Sami, we/ I only actually call her Samantha when she is in trouble or when introducing her to others, but I am glad for her options. She is of course of pure delight as always, coming up with a new interesting vocal language everyday, we nod along, and pick up a few mumbled words here and there, but yes she is a talker (we all know where she got that from.... daddy), we are hoping by Christmas she will have started walking and figured out that you can go even faster than when crawling. She will be 18 months on the 18th of this month, and so we have been trying out nursery taking turns every other sunday so one of us isn't always missing out on the same class. She is really into Sesame Street and I am glad, I watched it as a kid and so it of course thrills me. It is on PBS and no commercials, and so we watch those every morning together. Oh and of course she will grab any writing anything in your hand and use it on whatever your writing on, (just like her daddy, we aren't surprised). And I have saved the best for last, terrible two's have already come.... we are so thrilled.
Well we hope our follow the crowd family newsletter didn't bore you too bad, but if it did, hey you know we were thinking of you enough to send you one.
