Mason Family
Christmas 2013

David: is still enjoying being a student at Eastern. He has passed all his classes, so far successfully and holds a solid 3.7 GPA. He will graduate June 2015. When he is not studying he keeps busy with his calling as an Executive Secretary. He still works part time at GNC and will start working as a tutor in
3-D starting in January. He is a very devoted husband and father and holds our family together.

Sara: I still seem to be enjoying being a mother of 3. I am still serving in the Primary and got a promotion to 2nd Counselor, had a busy October when I put on our primary program, of course with lots of help. I keep busy keeping our house in order, running kids around and still crafting when I can. I recently took on 2 extra jobs. One babysitting a friends kids 3 times a week for a total of 9 hours, and second job putting caribeiners together for Omega, with Davids help when he can spare it.

Sami: Is in the 1st grade this year and, is still as active as always. We have recently been told she might have Aspergers, the official testing will take place in April. Her best friend is Rainbow Dash a Build a Bear Pony she got for her birthday when she turned 6 and everything is about My Little Pony. She is a big helper around the house and very loving and kind, most of the time. She is growing taller every day and more beautiful as well. Mom is proud because she has started showing interest in piano, yeah! She is a very friendly and outgoing girl and everyone at school knows her.

Daphne: Turned 4 this year and started her first full year of preschool. She goes Monday and Wednesday all day, at the same Elementary school Sami attends. I had the opportunity to go on two field trips with her class. The first to the fair to see the variety of animals and 2nd to the pumpkin patch. Her speech is improving every day, and following directions has become a lot easier since she got tubes in January. Her favorite thing to do is play games and just can't get enough, and dance. She can be really sweet at times and a huge stinker at other times. She is a riot, our family comedian.

Ezra: Will be 2 in May and not walking. We recently discovered can't have milk or milk based products. After 6 months of trial and error we figured it out and now he has become extremely active and we refer to him as our tornado. Every day he is doing something new he didn't do the day before and he is catching up in leaps and bounds. Mom is still his favorite person. He loves to play and rough house. He loves cars, planes, super heroes and to dads excitement, video games and dinosaurs. So glad he is part of our family he helps keep mom on her toes, and everyone guessing what he is going to do next.

We really enjoy this time of year to put more focus on our Savior and his gospel.
Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
