So last weekend everyone was on a snow talk... saying we would get hit Tuesday and Thursday... I taught preschool Monday and we ran errands and than didn't leave the house again until Friday when I had to go stock up on food and do laundry... while I was enjoying my warm comfortable home in my pjs and slippers this is what happened outside in those 3 days...

Our neighbor pulled out of her garage realized the snow was too deep to go anywhere and a nice kid walking home from school stopped and helped her put her chains on her car, than as soon as she was done she went in side and the snow plow came through the neighbor hood and buried her car... I laughed for 2 days whenever I saw it. Our upstairs neighbor told us that it was against city ordinance to park on the street while it there was snow on the ground so Monday we moved our little car into the driveway... so glad we did...

Dave left the house during those days... he had school, and Thursday he had work where he experienced the Spokane transit system, he only was actually at work for 2 hours... it took him 2 hours to get there and 2 to get home... he works 20 min away... he drove Saturday when it started melting.. Friday I knew I needed to emerge from my warm home and get stuff done and so I went out and shoveled the driveway... the van was under the car port and so we moved the Suzuki out and the van out and than the Suzuki in... this is all the snow that was removed to make this move happen... Dave said our car looked like it had a flat top hair cut...

they plowed the streets at night... there is a sidewalk over there... but like you'd want to walk on it...

Another buried car... just after I shoveled our driveway and evened out the road into our driveway so we could move the cars around and not get stuck I was waiting for Dave when along comes the plow and cleared it all away... hey thanks...

Friday I decided that I needed to actually make dinner and so I made this... stuffed tomatoes... It has chicken, pineapple, dijon mustard, vinegar, olive oil and spinach leaves... it was great and very filling. the girls ate mac and cheese...

The girls have had these dresses since christmas but I finally got around to taking pictures of them in them... Daphne finally has enough hair to put a pony in her hair... and I added a flower... as soon as we got in the car on the way to church it was ripped out... so I was smoothing her hair down with my fingers and saliva during sacrament meeting... oh well I tried! My mom had a friend make these dresses... they are crazy but super cute... I love home made clothes and clothes given to me from my mom... she always picks out the cutest things and they are always the right sizes, I have never had a problem and keep everything she gives us... I am very grateful for her clothing gifts! It's great because even though Sami is so tall everything my mom gets her always fits...

Here I am... 23 weeks pregnant... half way there have gained only 8 pounds only want to gain 15 pounds total... lets see what happens..
Well hope everyone had a good week... i have a dentist appointment this week and a second ultra sound so wish me luck!
