Merry Christmas 2011
We hope as always that everyone has had a great year. We of course have had an interesting crazy year. Full of more moving, re-locating, and additions to the family.
David, graduated with his AA from Columbia Basin College, in Pasco Washington, and than decided to pursue a degree in 3-D animation. We moved at the end of March from our family and loved ones to Cheney, Washington. Which is 2 hours north, and about 30 minutes outside of Spokane. He didn’t start school until September but GNC needed him up here, so he worked as manager until school began. He is in his Junior year at Eastern Washington University, and is excited for his future classes.
Sara, I, went with the flow excited for a area I had never been to. Cheney is a forest, not desert and the warmer months are shorter. I keep pretty busy with being a mom of Samantha and Daphne and struggling with over exaggerated pregnancy symptoms. Our 3rd child which will be due at the end of May 2012. Also about a month after we moved here, they put me in as the 1st counselor in the Young Women’s presidency, and so I am kept pretty busy playing with the Mia Maids. They are great girls and I have loved getting to know them.
Samantha, turned 4 in June and complains when we refer to her as a big girl. She has been in preschool with 5 other kids her age from our ward, it’s a great group. She has learned a lot and mom is no longer as nervous about how well she will do in kindergarten, she gets a long pretty well with the kids, and does great when mom is not there. She is learning that she can actually do stuff and that we aren’t allowing as much laziness as she would like. She still loves Mermaid, but more or less playing Mermaid not watching it. She is amazing and a great help around the house, mom is going to miss her help when the new baby comes and she is at school.
Daphne, turned 2 in September and her hair is starting to curl up and grow out, (about time). She loves to play, she plays somedays 24/7. She loves Toy Story, puppies, horses and of course princess dolls. She graduated to the bottom bunk in September and has transitioned pretty well. She is a pure delight and we enjoy her talking and laughing, and the way she beats up on her sister. She loves nursery and doesn’t even look back when we drop her off.
We hope you all had a great 2011 we look forward to a even more exciting 2012.

Merry Christmas to you, too! It's nice to know that Avery isn't the only bruiser of a little sister =) You look so good in the family pictures. And since Sienna told me that the only thing really important in a family picture is that the mom looks good, your pics are a success! But everyone looks good in yours. Do you know the gender of the baby yet?
