Now I don't need to explain why my title for this blog is "Mr. Potato Head", you see we got this set with 50 parts for Sami for Christmas and it's quite the odd set... So I decided to show you all how odd, and maybe some of you can answer my questions.
Here is the "Mr. Potato Head Family" I was putting my daughters toys away for the night and decided I would have fun my self. In doing so I noticed a few things.
1. this set of parts only came with one set of ears and only one nose that isn't connected tothe eyes... so for the dad I had to make a long mustache.
2. brother the only option for a mouth for him was a tongue and notice the large shoes... the other thing that perturbs me is that all the hats fit the baby better than the parents...
3. I think it's odd that they have the whole pirate getup but only one set of ears and nose...
4. now look at mom... she is quite dressed but that nose just doesn't go.... but I decided I would dress her up the prettiest with purse, earrings and ears.... I just would like to know how we are supposed to teach our child about body parts (I am guessing this why this is such a special learning tool) when there aren't enough parts equally for each family member...
Sami is well acting like she is 2.... as I have already said previously. For some reason I think back when we had a few nice days of sun, David borrowed my sunglasses and I always keep them in the car... so they are there when I need them... of course. Well Sami has taken quite a fancy to them.... I got a video of her putting them on and taking them... off she is so cute she loves them.
So here we go again plugging away at our RM designs in hopes that we can sell them at our next event... I am beginning to lose interest. I come up with ideas and than just don't want to put the effort in... I guess that is just another sign of being pregnant.

Well these two frames are framed scrap books. they have flaps that open and each flap has a picture on it etc... they are pretty cute if I do say so myself. This one I made as an example of how they can be used... more engagement shots of me and David... we have so many!
The summer of 05 we went to Disneyland as a family (well, mom dad, and me and torrie) and me and Torrie made it a goal to take pictures with as many characters as we could... this is just a collection of pictures I had not scrap booked, they were extra and so made my sister this to remember... just another example of the scrapbook in a frame... so cute of course.
This is something a little different this is a "Goals & Dreams" book. You open it up and it has paper so you can write your goals and dreams for the year.... I am going to be making several different little books similar to this but along different topics... not charging more than $3.00 for them... because they are quick and easy... so yes... fun stuff to look forward to.
I have to brag about my mom... she got really busy and decided to get some Valentines stuff posted. These are one of the sets of letters she designed. I love the heart instead of the circle in the "o"... it is so different and cute. She is so talented... well if you want to see more check out

I never had a Mr. Potato Head growing up, I'm sure if we get one for our kids I'll play with it too!
So when are you changing your blog address to masonfour? :)
