1. Where did you first meet your sweetheart?
I knew David in highschool but didn't ever talk to him. We met the Sunday before Thanksgiving in Kennewick at the Pittsburgh building he walked up to me and asked what my name was. A couple months later our friend had him email me and than after talking to him on line for a couple weeks he finally figured out I was the same girl and was so relieved.
2. What do you remember about him/her the most?
leather jacket, good looking, great smile
3. Who asked who out first?
We talked on the phone for about 2 months before we actually went on our first date, but he called me first and emailed me first, he pursued me.
4. What did you do on your first date?
He flew into Kennewick, and I picked him up. We went to Quizno's and ate our lunch on a bench over looking the river, than we walked around, and than went bowling and than I met his mom and he met mine... he flew in on a wed and flew out sat. he stayed with his mom and I took time off work and so the whole weekend was a date!
5. What was your favorite thing to do together when you were dating?
play cards, and eat watermelon
6. When was your first kiss with your sweetheart?
that wed night I talked about previously I think it was March 21 of 06.... well yeah wed of march 06 around the 21.... we were going to play settler's of catann and we decided to go out and "look at the stars"
7. When did you first realize you loved him/her?
around the middle of february when I realized that he was a one woman kind of guy and that I didn't have to worry about him ever cheating on me or flirting with other girls
8 Who said it (I love you) first?
He did, and than I did. We were at him mom's old house laying on the couch in the basement cuddling and the said it and than I said it. He didn't hear me and I didn't know if I heard him correctly and so it kinda ruined our night until we talked about it and it was true.
9. How did s/he propose?
it was 06 memorial day and he picked me up from work and took me to his house he was living in with some friends. He had me wait for a minute than had me come in his room, he had me than sit in his computer chair and he picked up his electric guitar and played a song he wrote about me (it was actually a poem he wrote while we were apart but put music to it) than he got on one knee... than we danced to Everything I do by Bryan Adams, and than we had a late dinner.
10. What are two things you remember most about your wedding?
that is was piping hot out side that day like 110 degrees or something and that was only at 10 am when we were taking pictures, and well the wedding of course I cried through the whole thing and before we got to sit on a big comfy couch and I was in my wedding dress and I remember still to this day when I sit in that Celestial room how it felt sitting there in my dress.
